Software Services:
Diagnostic Testing - $30 Analysis of hardware and software issues. Waived if you hire me to solve the problem. (Service time: 45 minutes)
Basic Virus Service - $25 Installation of free virus software and setup for automatic scanning. (Service time: 15 minutes)
Windows Security Checkup & Training - $60 Ensure that your computer is secure - includes configuration and basic training on anti-virus software, firewall, and spyware software. (Service time: 1 hour)
Windows Reinstallation/Upgrade (XP / Vista) - $45 Must possess valid license or COA sticker. Device driver installation and basic configuration only. (Service time: 1 hour)
Windows Reinstallation/Upgrade (Server editions) - $100 Must possess valid license or COA sticker. Device driver installation and basic configuration only. (Service time: 2 hours)
Software Services (Windows OS) - $60 per hour, 15 minute billing increments Includes application installation / configuration, advanced Windows configuration, or Windows troubleshooting.
Software Services (Linux OS) - $100 per hour, 15 minute billing increments Includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications on Linux operating systems.
Hardware Services:
Router Installation and Configuration - $30 + $10 per PC Installation and configuration of wired or wireless router and configuration on PC (Windows or Linux). (Service time: 30 minutes for router, 15 minutes per PC)
Custom Computer Build - $60 + parts We'll help you design a custom computer, based on your requirements and budget. (Service time: 1 hour)
Motherboard & CPU Replacement - $60 + parts Replacement or upgrade of new motherboard and CPU. (Service time: 1 hour)
Memory Upgrade - $35 + memory Installation of memory in desktop or notebook PC. (Service time: 30 minutes)
Hard or Optical Drive Installation - $20 + drive Installation of new hard or optical (CD/DVD) drive in desktop or notebook PC. (Service time: 15 minutes)
Hard Drive Upgrade - $50 + hard drive Migration of data from old drive to new, plus installation in desktop or notebook PC. (Service time: 1 hour)
Expansion Card Installation - $30 + card Installation and software configuration (Windows only) of expansion card (video card, network card, etc). (Service time: 30 minutes)
Power Supply Replacement - $20 + power supply Replacement of power supply. (Service time: 15 minutes)
Virus Removal Service:
VIRUS REMOVAL FOR ONLY $50 FLAT! Removal of all viruses, spyware, and malicious programs from your Windows-based desktop or laptop. Installation of freeware (AVG) anti-virus software package. With your authorization, if the virus cannot be removed, I will backup your personal files, reinstall Windows for you, and restore your files. (You will need to reinstall any applications you previously installed. I can make a list of these for you. Personal files are all those under the "My Documents" folder and any other documents, music, photos, Internet shortcuts, and information we can find elsewhere on your computer.) Work will be performed at my location and your machine will be ready within 48 hours.
