While the name James B McIntire may be new to you, my company has a history that stretches over a decade through predecessor organizations - all owned and operated by myself. In 1996, I started offering end user desktop support services to local companies in the Paola (Miami County) area of Kansas. My clients soon started asking for additional services, like server installations, network migrations, and web development.
I am a natural engineer and entrepreneur, giving me the ability to understand that small businesses often have very complex problems, yet little money to solve them. I have been extremely successful in developing low-cost, highly effective solutions based on what is already available. Making things work and making them work properly is my passion.
In the last twelve-plus years, I have provided support services to over seventy-five different companies, across many different industries and ranging in size. Also in these many years I have hosted and designed web sites for nearly 3,000 clients worldwide. I believe in treating my clients with the utmost respect and I want to understand their unique situation, as that is the only way I believe that the problem can really be resolved.
I only carry products from manufacturers that I have worked with in the past - no "off-brand" products. I also have engineers, developers, and graphic artist on retainer for those projects that are just too large for one person to handle!
